The Naphtha Overhead line (mostly 600NB pipe) off 2C-1 was scheduled to be renewed at the February T&I due to high corrosion rates observed in the past. Inspection needed to confirm the high corrosion rates to make sure this high-cost work really needed to be done, but the cost of access via staging or crane was also quite high.
