Working with the relevant building and design team, our qualified staff will review all available documentation, attend site meetings and discuss design and construction in order to evaluate the areas where maintenance, repair or replacement of building elements is required and/ or where façade access or height safety is an issue.
All designs and recommendations are provided with a full risk assessment and safety analysis and all access options are thoroughly explored.
LRI Access will personally oversee the resulting installation of recommended systems and liase with architects, manufacturers, building managers, project managers and other relevant staff to ensure the system is correct and installed to original specifications.
