Painting and Specialist Protective Coatings
LRI Access offers surface preparation and painting services for your building or structure which is quick, cost effective and unobtrusive. We ensure that all surfaces are properly cleaned and if necessary stripped back to their original texture before coats are applied. Modern spray techniques, brush and roller application of paint are all viable options depending on the needs of the area. Our staff ensure all adjacent surfaces are well covered in order to protect from possible spills.

LRI Access also provides the expertise of trade-qualified painters to ensure the premium results for our clients, this ensures appropriate finishes are chosen and in the case of heritage or national trust listed properties, that we adhering strictly to guidelines set out under the National trust building conservation act.

Surface Cleaning
LRI Access offers a complete cleaning service for all building and structure types. From Strata title apartments, heritage buildings, commercial and residential, LRI Access has cleaning solutions, which are appropriate and effective.

Care is taken to protect building surfaces, an important factor when dealing with heritage facades and powder-coated structures such as stadium steel work and shopping centre fittings. All cleaning works are completed with the consideration of the surrounding environment. LRI Access only uses water in high pressure cleaning to avoid pollution and to meet Sydney Water legislation. All detergents used in window cleaning are streak free and biodegradable and care is taken avoid marking painted facades.

Overhead Protection Systems, Debris and Personal Catch Netting
Protection from falls or from falling objects is greatly enhanced by the deployment of catch nets. LRI Access can supply and install personnel nets and debris nets as well as hoardings for a more long-term solution.

Personnel nets are designed to catch workers not protected by fall arrest systems. Manufactured from the strongest synthetic fibres the nets are tested to withstand in excess of 7500kgs in a load situation.

LRI Access prefers SALA Adjust-A-Net, with specially developed UV resistant coating and abrasion resistance. Adjust-A-Net provides secure bonding to all conversion points and includes inspection ready test cords which serve as a built in indicator allowing for the evaluation of the nets structural integrity. The Adjust-A-Net, as it's name suggests is fully adjustable and includes heavy duty steel snap hooks placed every 120cms, the system is also expandable.

Debris nets have finer gauge netting designed to catch construction debris, tools and any other building material likely to be dropped. They are ideal when used in conjunction with scaffolding and semi permanent platforms.

All LRI Access netting systems are fully adjustable, easily installed and removed to ensure minimal impact on the project and environment without sacrificing quality and safety.

LRI Access can also erect permanent hoardings for longer term projects. Strong, durable and constructed of steel and board, these hoardings meet all WorkCover requirements for Safe Work at Height.

We offer a complete inspection, testing and reporting service for structural surveys, safety surveys, and non destructive testing on a variety of structures including rendered and sandstone facades, quarry pits, pipelines, statues, clock towers, steel structures, pebble Crete facades and high rise buildings.

These services can prove invaluable for any building owner/ leasee testing structural soundness and capital value. LRI Access can proceed with the inspection with minimum interruption to the day-to-day operation of the building and surrounds. This service can be offered in conjunction with on the spot repairs and maintenance.

LRI Access provides unique and considerably cost effective solutions in this area as our technicians can access many areas that traditional methods (swing stages, boom lifts and scaffolding) cannot, including deep overhangs, architectural features, remote sites etc.

All inspections are followed by in-depth reporting detailing condition and recommended courses of action. Reports are available electronically, in hard copy including CAD drawings and with clear digital imaging to illustrate the total situation
