Karabiner is proud to have delivered the full design, engineering, and installation of customised façade access and height safety systems for 88 Walker Street, North Sydney's tallest tower. Purpose-built for this high-rise development, the integrated rope access systems and building maintenance units ensure safe, efficient access to all façade surfaces. These systems enable maintenance teams to carry out critical tasks such as inspection, cleaning, and the replacement of external and internal elements, including glazing, from ground level to the uppermost floors. Each solution was tailored to meet the unique architectural and operational requirements of this prominent vertical structure.
