Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport is a major infrastructure project designed to support Sydney's long-term aviation capacity, connecting the growing Western Sydney region to national and global destinations. Developed with a focus on accessibility, efficiency, and future expansion, the airport will serve as a key transport and economic hub, supporting business, tourism, and employment opportunities across the region.
Karabiner proudly designed, supplied, and installed a complete suite of height safety and access systems across multiple roof and façade areas of the Western Sydney Airport precinct. Our scope included static line systems, walkways, Raptor Rail, engineered anchor points, and davit arms, all installed to meet stringent safety and compliance requirements. These systems ensure safe and efficient access for ongoing inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of the airport's critical infrastructure. In addition to the installation works, Karabiner completed the final clean for roofs and façade, ensuring the site was ready for handover.
