Queen's Wharf Brisbane is a landmark development transforming the city's iconic riverfront into a world-class integrated resort and lifestyle precinct. The project comprises four towers, including a signature 64-storey residential tower, and features luxury hotels, premium residences, a casino, retail and dining outlets, and expansive public spaces. Combining heritage preservation with visionary architecture, the precinct spans over 12 hectares and integrates a mix of restored historic buildings with cutting-edge design. As one of the largest developments in Queensland's history, Queen's Wharf Brisbane is designed to enhance connectivity, boost tourism, and energize the heart of the CBD seamlessly blending Brisbane's rich past with its dynamic future.
Karabiner is proud to have delivered the complete design, engineering, and installation of bespoke façade access and height safety systems for the Queen's Wharf Brisbane development. These systems carefully tailored to suit the scale and complexity of the project, support safe and efficient access for maintenance personnel across all areas of the towers. From ground level to the uppermost floors, the integrated rope access and building maintenance units (Tower 1 and Tower 4) enable comprehensive inspection, cleaning, repair, and replacement of both external and internal façade elements, including glazing. This ensures ongoing operational safety and long-term performance across the entire precinct.
