Atlassian Sydney Headquarters is a pioneering commercial tower and the world's tallest hybrid timber building, setting new benchmarks in sustainable high-rise design. With its complex façade geometry, integrated green spaces, and advanced building systems, the tower requires specialised access solutions to safely maintain external surfaces and architectural elements.

Karabiner were engaged by the main steel and rigging contractors to assist with remediation/adjustment of steel structure along with inspection and documentation of fixings.

Additional scopes came onboard assisting with structural steel installation, cleaning and painting structural steel, applying intumescent coatings where required, assisting with final fix of structural timber elements and internal riser inspection and make safe works.

Our teams worked with rigging and crane teams during install, coatings contractors and the main contractor to provide solutions and complete scopes where other access methods would create delays and prohibitive extra cost.
