The Gadigal Metro building is a 26-level office tower in Sydney's CBD, built over the new Gadigal Metro station and named to honour the Gadigal people. It pairs sustainable design and flexible workspace with a direct connection to the Metro network.
The challenge
A 26-level tower over a live Metro station needs access designed for the finished building, so every façade and roof area can be serviced safely once the tower is occupied, from routine inspections through to heavier façade work.
What we delivered
Karabiner designed, supplied and installed customised height safety and rope access systems tailored to the completed tower, including anchor points, static lines, walkways and davit arms. Each element was engineered for safe, efficient access across the full height of the building. The height safety installation covers everything from light inspection to heavy façade servicing.
The result
